The Challenge

Industrial conveyor systems are subject to continuous dynamic forces, torque variations, and material load surges. The challenge was to design a highly rigid steel support infrastructure that minimizes vibrational deflection and extends mechanical belt lifespans.

Our Technical Execution

We performed comprehensive dynamic and static load analysis using STAAD.Pro to establish optimal load-bearing paths. The engineering team then transitioned to Tekla to generate precision 2D fabrication drawings, detailed connection designs, and optimized material take-offs.

The Outcome

Provided a robust structural design that entirely mitigated resonance frequencies during conveyor operation. The build-ready documentation streamlined steel procurement and accelerated on-site erection timelines.
