The Challenge

An Ampelmann cabin is a safety-critical operational structure subjected to dynamic maritime motion. The structure required complete arrangement detailing across all six envelope faces, precise weight control modeling, and lifting point analysis to handle offshore rigging operations safely.

Our Technical Execution

Utilizing AutoCAD, we developed a comprehensive structural arrangement package covering the floor plan and all four bulkhead faces in both structural and finished views. We performed rigorous center-of-gravity (COG) calculations and engineered a customized lifting arrangement, detailing high-strength pad-eyes to ensure balanced, safe lifting profiles.

The Outcome

Delivered a fully verified, fabrication-ready structural package. The precise combination of envelope structural detailing, weight verification, and certified pad-eye design ensured complete operational safety during offshore deployment.
